The W.H.A.L.E. car seat ID kit is a nationally recognized program. The kit contains medical information and emergency contact numbers attached to the back of the safety seat on the W.H.A.L.E. label. In the event the driver is unconscious or incapacitated, emergency first responders will have immediate life-saving information about that child on the label affixed to the back of the car seat such as next of kin. To participate two W.H.A.L.E. stickers are placed on the side of each car seat and two W.H.A.L.E. windows decals are placed on the lower back windows indicating to emergency personnel the program is in use. Each W.H.A.L.E. Car Seat Identification Kit (We Have A Little Emergency) Includes:

1. One W.H.A.L.E. Program brochure with complete instructions for parents or guardian to complete.
2. Information about the W.H.A.L.E. Program and its history section.
3. One Car Seat informational Label to affix on the back of the participating car seat.
4. Two Car Seat (W.H.A.L.E. stickers) for each side of the car seat.
5. Two vehicle window decals for placement on the outside lower corner of the back windows of the vehicle which notifies emergency personnel of the participation in the W.H.A.L.E. Program.
6. Custom imprint area is 3.25” wide X 2.5” tall.
7. Actual size is 3.66” wide X 5.66” tall when folded and is inserted into a 4” X 6” plastic protective sleeve.
8. Allow 2 weeks on custom orders for delivery
9. Available in English and can include a Spanish translation insert upon request
10. RUSH charge of 5% with additional shipping cost can be opted for orders that need to be received in under 10 business days for an event or to meet a deadline
